Bookings and Payment

You agree to provide accurate contact and service information when booking. Prices may vary based on the service requested and vehicle condition. Payment is due at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with reasonable notice. We may reschedule or cancel services due to weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle and accurate service-location information, as well as timely responses to service-related communications. 

 

Text Communications

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts from Sparkl, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your use of our services, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, service updates, and account verification messages. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity, but typically will not exceed 10 messages per appointment or service request. Message and data rates may apply.
